Interior Design Services

Your Home. Your Space.

Phase One

<>Our popular in-home consultation begins with getting to know you through a discussion of your decorating goals and lifestyle. We then discuss traffic flow within your home, color options, lighting considerations, and finish by taking accurate measurements.

Phase One

Phase Two

Now we sit down with you and present floor plans, color palettes, furniture and fabric options, lighting, rugs, art and accessories: whatever is specific to your needs and desires. Together we work with you to arrive at the perfect solution for your space.

Phase Two

Phase Three

The decisions have been made and now your dream becomes a reality. Painting and any necessary construction to your space are made and the new furniture, rugs, lighting, and accessories arrive soon afterwards. Our designers will oversee the entire process to assure your complete satisfaction. Welcome to your new home!

Phase Three

"We were very nervous to be downsizing and afraid of making a mistake. Chris was great to work with, listened to our needs and met with us to go over design options. We just love our new space and could not imagine doing this without her guidance."

- B.S., Winooski Condo

We're Celebrating 31 Years in Business!

1FinalBFC Timeline2015Welcome!

It all started with 14 futons in a U-Haul trailer 31 years ago. With lots of hard work, luck and the support of the community we have developed into Burlington’s destination for furniture. Thank you for growing with us. We would not have been able to do this without the support of you, our loyal repeat customers.

For those that have not been in for a while, we are not the futon store where you bought your first bed anymore. In fact, we are honored to have been voted: Best Furniture Store six years in a row.

Being a small, independent, locally owned and operated design center allows us to bring unique products that you will not find in larger box stores. Our goal is to WOW YOU when you walk in the front door. We are passionate about bringing you the must current and exciting contemporary furniture; but offer a full range from traditional to modern.

At Burlington Furniture Company you can expect a positive shopping experience with knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Design assistance is available to help you make the right choice for your lifestyle. We are all about providing great design, comfort
and value.

We operate with a triple bottom line that includes contributing back to the community of which we are part of and supporting the environment that sustains us. This year we will be planting 310 trees and supporting the American Elm Restoration Project with the Nature Conservancy. We will be donating  1% of our sales on a specific month to COTS, the Coalition on Temporary Shelter and also with Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity. We recently joined the Sustainable Furnishing Council and have pledged to become more sustainable, both locally and in our industry. Please come visit and see why we are Burlington’s choice for furniture.
